   *NOTE:  When checking out with under $500 dollars worth of furniture in your shopping cart, the site will automatically charge a fixed $100 Shipping charge. 

Rattan Shack currently ships its merchandise via FedEx Freight www.fedex.com service and or Estes Express www.estes-express.com both of whom offer tracking service and call ahead delivery confirmation. 

Please Note:  These freight carriers make "curbside" delivery, which means that they will bring your merchandise up to your front door or to your garage area.  They will "NOT" take merchandise inside a house/apartment, or set up the furniture.

  •  A delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment (Monday-Friday Only)
  • You will be provided with a tracking number for your shipment to keep track of its location.
  • The driver will offload your oder at the curb or driveway area.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.

 

Curbside Delivery Service
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway.
This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
1. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
2. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
      Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
     and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
3. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
4. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt.
Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery
due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
5. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a
signed delivery receipt.
Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without
causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery.

  • IMPORTANT: If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill.  This will aid in the return or replacement process.  You also have the right to refuse the delivery because of damage.
  • Merchandise will not be delivered without a signature.
  • Your order may be double boxed for safety and may arrive on a pallet.
  • Remember, they will "NOT" take merchandise inside a house, or set up the furniture.

We offer shipping on all items to the contiguous United States.  The Contiguous United States are the 48 U.S. states on the continent of North America, South of Canada.

If you live in the Carribbean, or an other country and want to export your furniture order from Miami, FL to your home, please call us for the best pricing, as you will be responsible for arranging the shipping with an export  company.  We would deliver your order to the company of your choice.
